GRADUATE PORTFOLIO
M.A. Public Relations and Organizational Communication
WHAT I LEARNED
Traditional methods in public relations we employ in the field develop a communication strategy to build relationships but what I learned as a communications scholar is to constantly expand my skill set through professional and personal experiences by collaborating with global organizations and local nonprofit groups to find new ways of shared messaging.
Participative Approach
What I learned was how to ask the right questions to better understand the needs of an organization. Evaluating participants in the organization also fosters stakeholders engagement that greatly extends the impact analysis.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Relationship Management
I met some great people in the graduate program at Wayne State University and I worked on some projects that contributed to the pic picture.

As a student - I examined traditional methods of public relations and collaborated with global organizations to find new ways to manage a sustainable business.

As a scholar - I expanded my understanding of how people work best with each other and new ways to manage relationships.

Below you will find a compilation of research and artifacts I produced during my graduate academic career. Examples of work completed in the M.A. in Public Relations and Organizational Communications program demonstrate my ability to integrate scholarship in a practical application.
